Hi there! I’m Carla Panzera, your go-to Minister and Wedding Officiant at My Dream Ceremony, where your love story becomes a beautiful celebration.

I began my journey in the wedding world back in 2002 at the San Bernardino County Recorder’s Office, where I proudly served as the bilingual Deputy of Civil Marriages. Over three amazing years, I officiated more than 2,600 weddings, and loved every minute of it.

In 2005, I founded My Dream Ceremony to offer couples a wide range of personalized ceremonies, such as civil, spiritual, religious, non-religious, unity, same-sex, and even weddings inside prisons for those with unique love stories. I’m fluent in both English and Spanish and specialize in writing custom vows that add a heartfelt, personal touch to your big moment. Need help with rehearsals or ceremony coordination? I’m ordained through American Marriage Ministries in Seattle, WA, and I bring warmth, creativity, and years of experience to every ceremony. Let’s connect and bring your unique vision to life — all the way to the altar!

From the Bay

I am originally from San Francisco but fell in love with the Inland Empire during my trip home from El Salvador. I obtained my education locally with a Business Administration Bachelor’s Degree from California State University, San Bernardino with an emphasis in Entrepreneur Management.

Now for a little peek into my world! I’m happily married to the love of my life, and we have a sweet little girl who keeps us on our toes. Our home is a lively (and slightly wild) zoo with our pup, Benji, a chatty cockatiel parrot named Loona, and Panchito, a gecko who’s claimed my office and occasionally plays witness during virtual ceremonies.
